CURRENT DEATH COUNT: 3
First Death: April 16th, 2014 - Beaten, bloodied, and left to drown in a flooding hotel room by Yosuke Hanamura.
Second Death: June 23rd, 2014 - Slaughtered in the graveyard by the Murdering Madman.
Third Death: August 15th, 2014 - Mauled to death by clickers in a zombie ambush.
Fourth Death: December 15th, 2014 - Mangled by Magatsu-Izanagi.
DIFFERENCES IN APPEARANCE:
- Slightly thinner build due to lack of food / resources.
- Hair that's getting to be even more unruly and disheveled.
- Slightly crooked nose following two separate instances in which it was broken by Yosuke Hanamura.
- A name etched on the base of each of his wrists, following July's event. MAYUMI is written on his left wrist, KONISHI on his right.
- A jagged scar on the inside of his left palm that stretches from just beneath his middle finger to a point just before the balls of his hand, acquired from an attack at the hands of Kyoko Sakura.
- A thin scar along the side of Adachi's leg that starts just above the knee and ends close to his hip, also acquired from a fight with Kyoko Sakura.
- Faint remnants of burn marks along Adachi's back, mostly below his shoulderblades, the aftermath of a magical attack from Kyoko Sakura.
